An order request is not final until PeptideTherapy confirms product availability, the delivery address, applicable charges, payment method and final payable amount using the contact information submitted at checkout.
Orders confirmed before 5 PM Indian Standard Time are scheduled for same-day dispatch. Orders confirmed after the cutoff are scheduled for the next daily dispatch window. Operational, courier or public-holiday delays may occasionally affect this schedule.
We ship to serviceable Indian pin codes. Delivery time depends on destination, courier capacity and local conditions. Any estimate shared during confirmation is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.
Cash on Delivery is available only for eligible pin codes and orders. A ₹600 COD handling charge is shown and added to the total when this method is selected. We may request order verification before accepting a Cash on Delivery request.
Please provide a complete address, active phone number and correct pin code. Delays, return-to-origin charges or failed delivery caused by incomplete or incorrect information may require additional payment before re-dispatch.
Inspect the external parcel at delivery. If it appears materially damaged or tampered with, record clear photos or video before opening and contact us promptly so we can review the issue with the courier.
